Day 2 of Bear Week - Soaking Wet - Freezing Cold - but oh the joy!

Well....good morning to everyone back home!  We all hope you slept well and are waking up amazed that our Savior is giving us another day to SHINE for Him!  We needed some shine in Estonia this morning....freezing, rainy weather....but the kids, adults, new faces, familiar faces found us for coffee and hot chocolate!

This morning....in Zechariah 2 I was reminded of the REALNESS of our loving God pursuing me, on the move, and "moving into my neighborhood!" Sometimes God seems far away.  I love where the prophet Zechariah writes about the visions from God.  I love God's decree in chapter 2 verse 10 - "Shout and celebrate, Daughter of Zion!  I'm on my way. I'm moving into your neighborhood!" (The Message translation).  He said, "They will become my family!  I'll  live in their homes!.....vs. 13 ends with "He's on the move!".  What would our world be like if we really realized that God is in our homes....moving in....live with us....is our neighbor!  Would we be honoring to Him?
He's in my life....now...this moment....in this hotel room.  Humbled this morning that we serve an omniscient God!  He's all knowing and everywhere.....while you slept....He was with us too....in the freezing cold....handing out coffee, hot cocoa, and sandwiches this morning.  I'm so thankful that God actively pursues you and ME!

So the morning brought more laughter, more fun, more excitement.  It was the bridge team and the PO team....the Americans kind of shook things up and traded spaces
(not the TV show - ha).  Innar was a the bridge with Helena and another friend, M, (I can't pronounce or spell her name...so we'll call her (M).  Check out the photos from this morning!

Tonight Alex Nifong will be doing a concert.  Pray that many students will come out to hear, to connect,  and to find community.

I'll post again tonight...we're headed to a team meeting, grocery shopping, assembly line, and preparing for tonight's gathering!  Pray that lives will be changed!  Also pray that we will encourage one another for His name!

We love your comments....they are so encouraging and fun!  Leave one for us!

Grateful, humbled, and wet!
The Estonian Team

Thank you so much for serving the team there and the students in Tartu! I am very grateful! I was part of the first team and it is amazing to see what God has done in 3 short years. I will continue to pray for you and pray that God gives you favor with the students and with the weatherman. Honored to pray for you! Rod

It's encouraging to see the smiling faces of your team in the midst of cold and rainy weather. Keep on smiling-it's contagious! Thanks again for the photos and keeping us connected. We're Matt's parents and feel very blessed to be a part of this mission adventure. We pray daily that you will be successful at reaching out to others for Christ. Thank you for all you are doing. God Bless you and take care of you.
